There are several reasons why an invitation may not have been received. Here are some tips that may help:
- Make sure that the administrator provided the correct (valid) email address.
- Check your email ‘Trash’, ‘Spam’, or ‘Junk’ folder to make sure that it was not automatically placed there. If it was, you can add email@example.com to your address book to prevent this from happening in the future.
- If the invitation was sent to a corporate email account, your company’s system administrator(s) may be filtering/blocking these types of messages.
